Does it hurt?
You may experience a minor and tolerable degree of scratching/pricking during the procedure. A topical anesthetic is used to reduce discomfort and promote relaxation. The treated area may be slightly tender immediately following the procedure. Tenderness will diminish within a few days post-treatment.How long does it last?
Permanent makeup is long lasting and can remain in the skin for 1 to 5 years (without a touch) up depending on the color, placement, or skin type. Over time, your permanent makeup will fade due to many factors such as: natural skin exfoliation, sun exposure, medications and the use of creams/chemicals. To maintain the color, detail and shape it is advisable to touch up the treated area every 1 to 2 years.Do you do cover ups?
This will depend on the appearance and design of the previous permanent makeup and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You can send clear pictures to (530)380-5058 or [email protected] for analysis and I can give you a clean answer based on the pictures, and follow up with a consultation if necessary. What is Microblading vs Combo Brows?
Microblading is a process that involves implanting pigment into the skins superficial layers to resemble eyebrow hairs, giving the illusion of fuller brows. Combo brows is the same process with the addition of shading throughout the brow to add more fluff & density. What is the appointment like?
For brow tattoos, the appointment takes about an hour & a half total. First, the area is numbed with a topical anesthetic. Then, factors such as your makeup style, skin tone, hair color, and desired outcome will be considered to determine the design of the permanent makeup that will be most flattering and suitable for you. Finally, after we have both agreed on shape, color, placement, etc. we will start the tattooing process. For eyeliner tattoos, the appointment takes about an hour total. First, the area is numbed with a topical anesthetic. Then, we will start the tattooing process. What style of eyeliner do you do?
I have been trained to do the Smoky Lash Enhancement technique. This tattooed liner is placed on and behind the lash line to create the illusion of thicker, darker, and completely full lashes. This is a little thicker than a traditional eyelash enhancement tattoo with no harsh, heavy lines.
